Cancelling a membership
Sign in and this page will cancel your membership in one click.
If you cannot sign in, write to info.desk@xfindr.live from the address on the account and we will cancel it for you. You do not need to get back into an account to stop being charged by it.
What cancelling does
- Future renewals stop. You are not charged again.
- Paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Credits you bought separately are yours and stay.
- Monthly membership credits end with the membership, because they were part of it.
Signing out, deleting the app, or simply not visiting does not cancel anything.
Closing an account entirely
Closing your account also stops any Xfindr-billed renewal on it. Ask through the privacy request form — it works whether or not you can sign in, and you will get a reference you can quote.
Closing an account does not cancel debts already incurred, remove copies other people hold, or end retention we are legally required to keep. What we keep and why is in the Privacy Policy.
