1. Agreement and scope

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you and OMNILON, doing business as Xfindr (“Xfindr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to or use of our website, accounts, profiles, directories, discovery tools, communications features, subscriptions, credits, promotional tools, and other products or services that refer to these Terms (collectively, the “Service”).

By affirmatively accepting these Terms, creating an account through a registration process that requires acceptance, or purchasing a product through a checkout process that requires acceptance, you agree to these Terms and the policies expressly incorporated into them. If you do not agree, you may not create an account or purchase or use account-based services.

Our Privacy Policy separately explains how we process personal information. Acknowledging that policy does not constitute consent to every possible use of personal information, and does not replace any separate consent required by law.

Specific features may have additional terms disclosed before use or purchase. Those terms govern a direct conflict concerning that feature. No policy or supplemental term overrides rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

2. Adults only; eligibility

The Service is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have reached any higher minimum age required to access the Service or its content in your jurisdiction.

By registering or using an account, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You satisfy these age requirements.
  2. You have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
  3. Your use of the Service is lawful where you are located.
  4. You have not been prohibited from using the Service by law or by an unresolved Xfindr account restriction.
  5. All information you submit concerning your age, identity, account ownership, and authority to represent another person or organization is accurate.
  6. You will not permit a minor or other ineligible person to access the Service through your account or device.

We may require age, identity, or account-ownership verification when reasonably necessary or legally required. We may restrict access while verification is pending and refuse access if verification is incomplete, inconsistent, unsuccessful, or reasonably suspected to be fraudulent.

You may not use false identification, another person’s identification, manipulated documents, technical workarounds, or another person’s account to bypass eligibility or verification requirements.

3. Nature of the Service

Xfindr provides the discovery, directory, account, promotional, and related features described on the Service. Feature availability may vary by location, account status, subscription, and other disclosed conditions.

A listing, link, profile, badge, recommendation, search result, or paid placement does not constitute a guarantee of a person’s identity, age, reliability, legal compliance, availability, or willingness to communicate, except to the specific extent we expressly describe a verification process.

A third-party listing does not necessarily mean that the listed person created an account, submitted the listing, authorized it, or has a relationship with Xfindr. We do not represent a listing as owner-verified unless it has undergone the verification process described for that designation.

Purchasing access, credits, visibility, or another feature does not purchase another person’s consent, attention, response, services, or participation.

Unless expressly identified otherwise, Xfindr is independently operated and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by X Corp., OnlyFans, or any other third-party platform appearing in listings or links.

4. Account registration and security

You must provide accurate registration and billing information and keep information necessary to administer your account current. A permitted public alias does not authorize deception about your age, identity, qualifications, or authority to represent someone else.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, using available security features, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

You may not sell, rent, transfer, or share an account or its credentials without our written authorization. You may not create accounts to evade restrictions, manipulate the Service, commit fraud, or obtain benefits more than once contrary to an offer’s terms.

You are responsible for activity you authorize or cause through your account. Responsibility for unauthorized transactions remains subject to applicable law and any applicable payment protections.

We may require you to change a username, profile, image, or other account information that impersonates someone, infringes rights, misleads users, creates a safety risk, or otherwise violates these Terms.

5. Prohibited conduct

The following conduct is prohibited on the Service, through communications originating from the Service, or in connection with an account, listing, purchase, promotion, or other Service feature.

A. Child safety and sexual exploitation

  9. Upload intimate material depicting a person who was under eighteen when the material was created, regardless of that person’s current age.
  10. Use the Service to normalize, encourage, instruct, or assist sexual exploitation of children.

B. Impersonation, fraud, and deception

You must not:

  1. Impersonate another person, creator, business, organization, government official, or Xfindr employee.

  2. Upload stolen, leaked, secretly recorded, or otherwise unlawfully obtained intimate material.
  3. Engage in sextortion, blackmail, extortion, coercion, or threats of exposure.
  4. Disclose another person’s home address, private contact details, identification documents, financial information, precise location, or other sensitive information without a lawful basis and required permission.
  5. Stalk, track, surveil, or facilitate unwanted contact with another person.
  6. Bypass blocks or privacy controls or repeatedly contact someone who has declined contact.
  7. Publish private communications without a lawful basis or in a manner intended to threaten, exploit, or harass.
  8. Use information obtained through Xfindr to identify, expose, or target someone’s private life or sensitive characteristics.
  9. Treat a public profile, previous interaction, subscription, payment, or past consent as consent to a new interaction or a new use of someone’s material.

D. Abuse, threats, and exploitation

You must not:

  1. Threaten violence, encourage violence, or make credible threats against a person, group, or property.
  2. Harass, bully, intimidate, or coordinate abuse against another person.
  3. Direct hateful abuse at people based on protected characteristics.
  4. Promote terrorism, violent extremism, trafficking, forced labor, or organized exploitation.
  5. Facilitate sexual assault, nonconsensual sexual activity, or exploitation of an incapacitated person.
  6. Promote sexual activity involving animals or other unlawful sexual conduct.
  7. Offer, request, arrange, or advertise in-person sexual services for compensation through the Service.
  8. Pressure another user to engage in sexual conduct, disclose intimate material, make a payment, or continue an unwanted interaction.
  9. Retaliate against someone for declining contact, reporting misconduct, exercising privacy rights, or cooperating with an investigation.
  10. Use threats of self-harm or harm to others to manipulate or coerce another person.

E. Unauthorized content and unlawful transactions

You must not:

  1. Upload or distribute material that infringes copyright, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights.
  2. Repost paid, private, stolen, or restricted-access content without authorization.
  3. Submit content depicting another person without the rights and consent required for that submission and its intended use.
  4. Advertise illegal goods, unlawful services, trafficking, money laundering, or fraudulent financial activity.
  5. Use the Service in violation of applicable sanctions, export restrictions, or other legal prohibitions.
  6. Publish unlawful threats, fraudulent statements, or other unlawful content.
  7. Encourage, instruct, assist, or conspire with another person to violate these Terms or applicable law.

F. Platform, security, and payment abuse

You must not:

  1. Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, repetitive promotional content, or unauthorized commercial solicitations.
  2. Harvest contact information, scrape profiles, or systematically collect personal information without authorization and a lawful basis.
  3. Use bots, automated accounts, scripts, crawlers, or similar tools to access restricted features, manipulate results, or circumvent limits without our permission.
  4. Introduce malware, malicious links, exploits, or code intended to damage, intercept, or disrupt systems.
  5. Attempt unauthorized access, credential stuffing, password attacks, session theft, or interference with another account.
  6. Probe or exploit security vulnerabilities outside an authorized testing arrangement, except where applicable law protects the activity.
  7. Circumvent paywalls, access controls, geographic restrictions, moderation measures, or verification requirements.
  8. Manipulate rankings, searches, recommendations, votes, reporting tools, referral programs, or promotional systems.
  9. Abuse trials, refunds, discounts, subscriptions, credit grants, or billing errors.
  10. Use stolen payment methods, knowingly make fraudulent payment disputes, or falsify transaction information.
  11. Resell or transfer subscriptions, credits, or access rights without authorization.
  12. Evade a suspension or ban by using another account, identity, payment method, intermediary, or device.
  13. Submit knowingly false abuse reports or misuse appeal, copyright, privacy, or safety processes.
  14. Interfere with investigations, destroy relevant evidence unlawfully, or encourage users to conceal violations.

This list is not exhaustive. Conduct that materially threatens safety, security, privacy, lawful operation, or the rights of others may also result in enforcement, even if it is not specifically listed.

Nothing in this section prohibits truthful reviews, good-faith complaints, lawful reports to regulators or law enforcement, protected security research, or the exercise of statutory rights.

6. User content, rights, and consent

“User Content” means material you submit, upload, publish, send, or otherwise make available through the Service, including profile information, images, text, links, messages, and promotional material.

You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights of others. You represent that:

  1. You have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to submit the material and authorize its intended use.
  2. Any person depicted in adult or intimate material was at least eighteen when the material was created.
  3. The material was created and is being shared lawfully and consensually.
  4. Your submission does not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.
  5. You will supply reasonable verification of these matters when lawfully requested.

You grant Xfindr a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, transmit, and distribute your User Content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, and provide the Service and the visibility or promotional features you request. We may sublicense these limited rights to service providers supporting those purposes.

Private communications are not licensed for public advertising. We will obtain separate permission before using your private communications or intimate content in external marketing.

This license generally ends when the relevant content is removed from active Service systems, except to the limited extent necessary for backups, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, and copies already shared with other users through the Service. Any retained personal information remains subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Deleting content from Xfindr does not guarantee deletion of copies independently saved, reposted, or cached by third parties.

7. Listings, links, and third-party services

Third-party websites and services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability, billing, content, conduct, or security.

You are responsible for evaluating third-party links and transactions. A payment to Xfindr does not include purchases from another platform unless the offer expressly says so.

Individuals and authorized representatives may report inaccurate listings, impersonation, unauthorized use of likeness, privacy concerns, or inappropriate links through our reporting form. A listing can also be removed directly from the listing page itself.

We may correct, restrict, de-index, or remove a listing while evaluating a report. We may request proportionate proof of identity or authority without requiring unnecessary sensitive information.

8. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Subscription prices, billing intervals, included features, trial terms, and any recurring charges will be disclosed before purchase.

If you select an automatically renewing subscription, it will renew for the billing interval disclosed at checkout until you cancel. By separately authorizing recurring billing at checkout, you authorize the disclosed recurring charges to your selected payment method.

You may cancel at xfindr.live/cancel. If that method is unavailable or fails, contact info.desk@xfindr.live.

Unless otherwise disclosed or required by law, cancellation stops future renewals and paid access continues through the end of the current paid period. Cancellation does not automatically reverse a charge already validly incurred.

Any cancellation cutoff, trial conversion date, or other material condition must be clearly disclosed before enrollment. We will provide renewal reminders and other notices where required by law.

Deleting the application, signing out, or merely ceasing use does not cancel a subscription. If you close your Xfindr account through our account-deletion process, we will cancel future Xfindr-billed renewals associated with that account. Purchases billed through a third-party marketplace may require cancellation through that marketplace, as disclosed at purchase.

We may change subscription prices prospectively with notice and any consent required by law. A price change does not authorize an undisclosed retroactive charge.

9. Credits, paid features, and promotional benefits

Credits are limited contractual rights to redeem eligible features within the Service. They are not a bank deposit, investment, ownership interest, cryptocurrency, or general-purpose currency.

Except where law requires otherwise or we expressly authorize it:

  1. Credits may be used only for eligible Service features.
  2. Credits may not be sold, assigned, traded, or transferred.
  3. Credits are not redeemable for cash.
  4. Redemption costs and eligibility conditions are disclosed before use.
  5. Promotional credits may have separately disclosed restrictions or expiration dates.
  6. Purchased credits expire only if the expiration was lawfully and clearly disclosed before purchase.
  7. Unauthorized, fraudulent, duplicate, or mistakenly issued credits may be corrected or reversed.

A subscription and a separately purchased credit balance are distinct unless the offer states otherwise. Any expiration or reset of subscription-included credits must be disclosed before enrollment. Cancelling a subscription does not itself forfeit separately purchased credits, except where a lawful, clearly disclosed purchase condition provides otherwise.

Paid visibility, boosts, or placement do not guarantee impressions, clicks, messages, conversions, income, ranking, or another user’s response unless an offer expressly promises a specified deliverable.

We may modify or retire credit-based features. Changes affecting existing paid balances remain subject to applicable law and any required notice, substitute performance, redemption opportunity, or refund.

10. Payments, refunds, and billing disputes

You authorize charges that you affirmatively approve, including any recurring charges separately authorized at checkout. You must use a payment method you are entitled to use.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, purchases are final and nonrefundable once the purchased digital benefit is provided or made available as disclosed at purchase. We do not promise discretionary refunds for change of mind, nonuse, dissatisfaction with user responses, or loss of access resulting from your material violation of these Terms.

This policy does not exclude refunds, cancellation rights, remedies for nonperformance, payment-dispute rights, or other protections required by law. It does not authorize us to retain payment for an unauthorized transaction or avoid remedies for our own failure to supply a purchased service.

Where immediate digital performance requires an express request, acknowledgment, or waiver of a withdrawal right, we will obtain the required separate authorization. Acceptance of these Terms alone does not supply that authorization.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact info.desk@xfindr.live with sufficient information to identify the transaction. Do not send full payment-card details.

You retain the right to make a good-faith dispute through your payment provider. Knowingly fraudulent disputes, fabricated claims, and payment abuse are prohibited. We may temporarily restrict benefits associated with a genuinely disputed or unpaid transaction while it is investigated, where lawful.

11. Moderation and enforcement authority

Subject to applicable law, we reserve broad discretion to investigate and enforce these Terms and protect the Service, its users, and third parties.

We may:

  1. Reject registrations or refuse access to features.
  2. Request age, identity, consent, ownership, or payment verification.
  3. Remove, edit, hide, disable, de-index, or decline to publish content or listings.
  4. Reduce or remove distribution, search visibility, recommendations, or promotional placement.
  5. Restrict messaging, uploads, purchases, credit redemption, or other features.
  6. Reverse benefits obtained through fraud, manipulation, unauthorized access, or error.
  7. Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account.
  8. Restrict related accounts when reasonably supported by evidence of shared control, evasion, or coordinated abuse.
  9. Preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful investigations.
  10. Refer suspected unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

We may take immediate action without prior warning where reasonably necessary to address safety, child protection, fraud, legal requirements, security, serious misconduct, or evasion. A warning or lesser penalty on one occasion does not require the same response on another occasion.

When legally required, we will provide reasons, notice, appeal information, or other procedural protections. We may withhold information where disclosure would violate law, expose another person’s information, compromise security, or prejudice an investigation.

We do not promise to detect every violation or review every item before publication.

12. Suspension, termination, and account deletion

We may suspend or terminate your account for an actual or reasonably suspected violation of these Terms, ineligibility, fraud, unlawful activity, security risks, failure to complete required verification, nonpayment, or conduct materially harmful to the Service or others.

We may also discontinue accounts or services for legitimate business or operational reasons, subject to applicable notice requirements and remedies for undelivered paid services.

On suspension or termination, access to profiles, messages, listings, subscriptions, credits, paid features, and other account benefits may be restricted or lost. We may remove account information and content from active systems, subject to retention obligations and the Privacy Policy.

If we terminate your account for a material violation of these Terms, you may lose access to unused subscription time, credits, and other account benefits without a discretionary refund or compensation, to the extent permitted by law.

This provision does not eliminate legally required refunds or authorize unlawful penalties, arbitrary forfeiture, or retention of money that must be returned.

We will stop future Xfindr-billed subscription renewals when we permanently terminate an account. We will not continue recurring charges for a period during which all material paid access remains suspended without providing the adjustment, extension, cancellation, or refund required by applicable law.

You may request account closure at xfindr.live/cancel. Account closure does not cancel valid debts already incurred, eliminate lawful retention obligations, or guarantee removal of content held independently by third parties.

Xfindr is not a permanent storage service. Keep your own lawful copies of material you wish to retain.

13. Reports, appeals, and safety requests

Report suspected violations at xfindr.live/report. Include the relevant account or content URL, a description of the concern, and information sufficient for us to investigate.

Do not download, forward, or attach suspected child sexual abuse material. Report its location instead.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service. Xfindr’s reporting process is not an emergency-response service.

You may request review of an enforcement decision at xfindr.live/report. Explain the decision, identify the account, and provide relevant information. We may uphold, modify, or reverse the decision. Reinstatement is not guaranteed. Any legally required appeal rights and deadlines remain available.

Good-faith reports are permitted even if a violation is not ultimately substantiated.

14. Nonconsensual intimate imagery

We prohibit intimate imagery shared without valid consent, including qualifying digitally altered or synthetic depictions.

A depicted individual or authorized representative may request removal at xfindr.live/removal, whether or not that individual has an account.

A request should include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the depicted individual or authorized representative.
  2. Information reasonably sufficient to identify and locate the material.
  3. A brief statement that the individual has a good-faith belief the material was published without their consent, together with relevant supporting information.
  4. Contact information sufficient for us to communicate about the request.

Where the U.S. TAKE IT DOWN Act applies, we will remove qualifying material within forty-eight (48) hours after receiving a valid request and make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies as required by that law. Other applicable removal duties and deadlines also remain in effect.

Removal does not prevent lawful preservation of evidence. Reporting an image does not authorize its further public distribution.

15. Intellectual property complaints

Send copyright complaints through xfindr.live/dmca, which lists our designated contact.

A copyright notice should identify the protected work, identify and locate the allegedly infringing material, provide your contact information and signature, and include the good-faith and accuracy/authority statements required by applicable copyright law.

We may remove or disable access to reported material and may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Where applicable, we will provide information about a counter-notification process. A counter-notification may be shared with the complainant as required by law. Do not submit a knowingly false infringement claim or counter-notification.

Impersonation, privacy, consent, and safety reports may be submitted separately; copyright ownership is not required to report those concerns.

16. Xfindr intellectual property

The Service’s software, design, branding, logos, and content owned by Xfindr or its licensors are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or its protected components without authorization, except to the extent applicable law permits. No rights are granted by implication.

17. Service changes and availability

We may update, replace, restrict, or discontinue features and may interrupt access for maintenance, security, operational, or legal reasons.

We do not guarantee continuous or error-free availability. Material changes affecting an existing paid commitment remain subject to applicable notice, cancellation, performance, and refund obligations.

18. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except for warranties and representations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We do not guarantee that another user will be truthful, lawful, available, compatible, or responsive; that third-party content will be accurate; or that using the Service will produce any particular social, promotional, financial, or other outcome.

You are responsible for exercising reasonable judgment in communications, purchases, and interactions. Nothing in these Terms excuses Xfindr from duties that applicable law places on us.

19. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xfindr and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from the Service or these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for claims arising from the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid Xfindr during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These exclusions and limitations do not apply where prohibited, including to liability that cannot lawfully be limited for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, certain personal injuries, or violations of mandatory consumer or privacy protections. They do not reduce refunds or other remedies that applicable law makes nonwaivable.

20. Responsibility for third-party claims

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Xfindr against reasonable losses, liabilities, and legal expenses resulting from third-party claims caused by your unlawful conduct, material breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights through your User Content.

This obligation applies only to the extent the claim results from conduct attributable to you. It does not require you to indemnify us for our own misconduct or for liabilities that law does not permit us to transfer.

We will provide reasonable notice and cooperation regarding a claim. No settlement may impose an admission or nonmonetary obligation on you without your consent, not to be unreasonably withheld.

21. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without applying conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Subject to any mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere, disputes will be heard in the courts located in Cobb County, Georgia that have jurisdiction over the matter.

You and Xfindr may attempt to resolve a dispute informally by contacting info.desk@xfindr.live. Informal discussions are not a prerequisite to exercising a nonwaivable legal right, seeking urgent relief, or making a complaint to an authority, and do not extend a legal filing deadline unless agreed in writing.

Nothing in these Terms requires mandatory arbitration or waives a right to participate in a class action.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms prospectively. We will post the revised version and effective date and provide additional notice or obtain renewed acceptance where required by law or appropriate to a material change.

Changes will not retroactively remove accrued rights, authorize previously unauthorized charges, or eliminate remedies for an existing dispute.

If you do not accept a material change requiring agreement, you may stop using the affected Service and cancel future renewals. Any remaining paid-service obligations and mandatory remedies remain applicable.

23. General provisions

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue where legally permissible.

Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of future enforcement.

You may not assign this agreement without our written consent. We may assign it in connection with a lawful restructuring, merger, or sale, provided doing so does not unlawfully reduce your rights.

These Terms and expressly incorporated purchase or feature terms constitute the agreement concerning the Service. Provisions concerning accrued payments, intellectual property, lawful retention, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination to the extent necessary for their purpose.

Legally required notices will be delivered through an appropriate method. You are responsible for keeping your account contact information current.
